The divine dwells in each human being, not just in Jesus, not just in a few, not just in the direct descendents of King David, but in each human individual. This was made clear in the narrative of creation: that humans are made in the image of the divine. It’s in our DNA, in our genes, in the air we breathe, the essential part of our make-up. The God Particle.
