Rosh HaShanah

Rosh HaShanah is a serious festival, unlike New Year celebrations in other societies. It is a time for reflection on one’s life. This reflection begins on Rosh HaShanah and continues during the “Days of Awe” until Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement, ten days later.
